DISHONORED CHECK CHARGE. In the event a check offered in full or partial payment on this loan is returned unpaid, Xxxxxx may charge a fee for the purpose of defraying the expense incident to handling such returned check, and Xxxxxxxx agrees to pay such fee. The fee shall not exceed the maximum amount permitted under applicable law.
DISHONORED CHECK CHARGE. Borrower will pay a processing fee of $25.00 if any check given by Borrower to Lender as a payment on this loan is dishonored.
DISHONORED CHECK CHARGE. Twenty-Five and no/100 Dollars ($25.00) for each check which is dishonored or returned by any bank for any reason.
DISHONORED CHECK CHARGE. Borrower will pay a processing fee of $25.00 if any check given by Borrower to Lender as a payment on this loan is dishonored. RIGHT OF SETOFF. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Lender reserves a right of setoff in all Borrower's accounts with Lender (whether checking, savings, or some other account). This includes all accounts Borrower holds jointly with someone else and all accounts Borrower may open in the future. However, this does not include any XXX or Xxxxx accounts, or any trust accounts for which setoff would be prohibited by law. Borrower authorizes Lender, to the extent permitted by applicable law, to charge or setoff all sums owing on the debt against any and all such accounts.
DISHONORED CHECK CHARGE. Xxxxxx(s) xxxxxx agrees:
a) That Tenant(s) shall pay to Department a fee of $25.00 for the first dishonored check and $35.00 for a second dishonored check.
b) That if Tenant(s) has two (2) dishonored checks within any twelve (12) month period, the Department will no longer accept personal checks for payments due under this Agreement.
DISHONORED CHECK CHARGE. You agree to pay a dishonored check charge for each dishonored check or money order presented to us for payment as follows: (i) for residents of California, Washington or Oregon, no dishonored check charge is imposed for the billing period (ii) for residents of Nevada, a dishonored check charge up to $15.00 is imposed for the billing period. We reserve the right to impose the interest charge for the billing period in accordance with the Agreement for the payment amount that was not processed. Service Charges. If you request a duplicate statement or copy of any sales draft or other document concerning any charge reflected on a billing statement, we will supply copies for $5.00 each, payable in advance. If you request information that requires research, a fee of $15.00 per hour will be charged to your Account. However, if any request for copies or research is made to dispute a charge on the Account, and it turns out the charge was in error, we will credit the Account for any service charges imposed.
DISHONORED CHECK CHARGE. You agree to pay up to $15.00 for each dishonored check or money order presented to us for payment for the billing period. We reserve the right to impose the interest charge for the billing period in accordance with the Agreement for the payment amount that was not processed.
DISHONORED CHECK CHARGE. Borrower shall pay to Lender, on demand, a processing fee in the amount of $28.00 for each check which is provided to Lender by Borrower in payment of an obligation owing to Lender under any loan document, but returned or dishonored for any reason.

The REVOLVING CREDIT AGREEMENT FLOOR PLAN OF MOTOR VEHICLES between Suburba Acquisition Company, Inc. and AutoPrime, Inc. is hereby referenced to and made a part of this Promissory Note and related documents.
DISHONORED CHECK CHARGE. If you use a check to pay any amount owing under this Agreement and the check is not paid, you must pay a dishonored check charge of $35.00. You also agree to the terms of the General Obligation Law, Section 11-104. No Notice or Loss of Rights – We do not have to tell you if any amount owing under this Agreement is not paid by the day that it becomes due. We can do any of the following without telling you or losing any right against you: (a) accept a check or order marked “paid in full” or with similar language as a payment under this Agreement; or (b) give additional time for payment of any amount owing under the Agreement, regardless of the number of times we previously did so and regardless of the length of any additional time we previously have; or (c) exercise, delay exercising or give up any right against any person.
