Dishwashers Clause Samples
The 'Dishwashers' clause defines the rules and responsibilities regarding the use, maintenance, or provision of dishwashing appliances within a property or facility. Typically, this clause specifies whether a dishwasher is included as part of the premises, outlines who is responsible for repairs or replacement, and may set standards for its upkeep. By clearly allocating responsibility and setting expectations, the clause helps prevent disputes over appliance condition and ensures both parties understand their obligations related to dishwashers.
