DISMISSAL BASED ON PERFORMANCE. 1. The Employer shall not dismiss a teacher on the basis of less than satisfactory performance of teaching duties except where the Employer has received three consecutive reports indicating that the learning situation in the class or classes of the teacher is less than satisfactory.
