Common use of Dismissal/Suspension Clause in Contracts

Dismissal/Suspension. If the dismissal or suspension of an employee for alleged cause is not settled at Step Three of the grievance procedure, such griev- ance shall be referred to the arbitration, determination and award of an Arbitration Board of one (1) member. The parties agree to make every effort to have the matter heard by an arbitrator within two (2) months of the referral to arbitra- tion using one of the arbitrators named below: 1. X. Xxxxxx 2. X.X.
