Dismissal/Suspension. If the dismissal or suspension of an employee for alleged cause is not settled at Step Three of the griev- ance procedure, such grievance shall be referred to the arbitration, determination and award of an Arbitra- tion Board of one (1) member. The parties agree to make every effort to have the matter heard by an arbitrator within two (2) months of the referral to arbitration using one of the arbitrators named above in 11.01 The arbitrator shall schedule a hearing within seven (7) calendar days of his/her appointment.
