Common use of Dispensary Time Clause in Contracts

Dispensary Time. Employees will be paid at their applicable rate for time spent in attending the Company dispensary for examination or treatment of any injuries arising out of and in the course of their employment, whenever such time would otherwise have been spent by the injured employee on the work assigned to him. Employees who are directed not to return to work as a result of their injury shall be paid at their straight-time rate to the end of their scheduled work shift.
