SCHEDULE OF HOURS AND OVERTIME. 8.01 (a) The guaranteed scheduled work week for regular full-time employees shall consist of forty (40) hours per week, and thirty (30) hours per week for regular part time, (this shall not apply to those employees on a bid bi-weekly schedule - example turret who shall work an average of at least forty(40) hours per week) with two (2), three (3) or four (4) rest days, of which at least two (2) shall be consecutive. The work week will be Monday (00:00) through to Sunday (24:00). Preferred rest days are Saturday and Sunday, then Sunday and Monday.

SCHEDULE OF HOURS AND OVERTIME. Section 1. The regular hours of work shall be 40 hours per week divided into five days of eight hours each and/or four days of 10 hours each worked consecutively with the right of the Company to establish work shifts from Sunday 3:00 p.m. through Saturday, with the exception of utility/cleanup which would precede or follow above program. The foregoing hours of work shall not apply in cases of proven computer breakdown that would prevent the normal warehouse operation, or other causes beyond the control of the Company, Acts of God such as fire, flood, explosion or power failure. Under no condition will an associate who has reported and started work be paid for less than four hours.
SCHEDULE OF HOURS AND OVERTIME. 5.01 Work Day, Work Week and Overtime (a) The work week will be Sunday through Saturday. All time worked in excess of forty (40) hours per week and over eight (8) hours per day and up to ten (10) hours will be paid at time and one-half (1 ½) times basic rate and all hours worked over ten (10) hours per day will be paid for at double time (2 X) the basic rate. Overtime to be based on a day-to-day basis except for those Employees working a long day, short week by agreement. No Employee shall be required to take time off in lieu of overtime hours worked. In a week during which one or more Statutory Holidays occur(s), the forty (40) hours requirement will be reduced by eight (8) hours each Statutory Holiday. For Clerical Employees regularly scheduled to work a thirty seven and one half (37 ½) Hour Work Week: Clerical Employees who are scheduled to work a (37 ½) hour work week and who work in excess of thirty seven and one half (37 ½) hours a week and/or seven and one half (7 ½) hours a day will be paid at time and a half (1 ½) their hourly rate. Clerical employees, who work in excess of thirty nine and one half (39 ½) hours a week and/or nine and one half (9 ½) hours in a work day, will be paid at double time (2 X) their hourly rate. (b) A day for the purpose of this clause shall be the scheduled start of an employee’s shift and shall run until the start of the employee’s next scheduled shift in a twenty-four (24) hour period. (c) Payment of Overtime: All employees will be paid overtime for all hours in excess of eight (8) hours in a twenty-four (24) hour period commencing with the employee’s scheduled start time. (d) A casual scheduled employee will be paid overtime in excess of eight (8) hours from the start of their first assignment in a twenty-four (24) hour period or until their next schedule shift, whichever is less. (e) Unscheduled casuals are to be called after all part-time and scheduled casuals have been offered the extra hours first for maximization. This is to be done in order of seniority.

  • SCHEDULE OF SERVICES Consultant shall perform the Services in a prompt and timely manner in accordance with the Schedule of Services set forth in Exhibit "B" attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference. Consultant represents that it has the professional and technical personnel required to perform the Services expeditiously. Upon request of City, Consultant shall provide a more detailed schedule of anticipated performance to meet the Schedule of Services.

  • Schedule The Work shall be performed as expeditiously as possible in conformity with the schedule requirements contained herein and in the Statement of Work. The draft and final versions of all deliverables shall be submitted by the dates specified in the Exhibit A Schedule and Project Period noted in Item No. 7 of this Agreement. It is understood and agreed that the delivery of the draft and final versions of such deliverables by the Contractor shall occur in a timely manner and in accordance with the requirements of the Exhibit A Schedule.
