Disposal of Replaced Equipment. Participant will be removing from service the existing engine(s)/equipment as outlined in Exhibit A.

Disposal of Replaced Equipment. GRANTEE shall not use, or allow the use of, the existing equipment being replaced with the new low emissions equipment. In addition, GRANTEE shall not sell, gift, or otherwise transfer ownership of the replaced equipment to another party for operation. Within 30 days of the installation of the new low emission equipment, GRANTEE shall dispose of the replaced equipment in such a manner that it is not reusable. Within 3 days of disposal, GRANTEE shall provide written notice to the DISTRICT stating the equipment’s serial number, date of disposal, the location of the engine, and the method by which the engine was rendered unusable. If GRANTEE fails to properly dispose of the replaced engine, GRANTEE shall return the funds provided by the DISTRICT for the new low emissions equipment. GRANTEE may remove and retain ownership of any parts from the replaced equipment, provided that the engine block from the replaced equipment is disposed of as described herein.

  • Stored equipment We accept no responsibility for any stored equipment or other property brought on to or left at the premises, and all liability for loss or damage is hereby excluded. All equipment and other property (other than stored equipment) must be removed at the end of each hiring or we will charge fees each day or part of a day at the hire fee per hiring until the same is removed. We may, in our discretion, dispose of any items referred to below by sale or otherwise on such terms and conditions as we think fit, and charge you any costs we incur in storing and selling or otherwise disposing of the same, in any of the following circumstances:

  • Required Equipment (a) Towing sling – Tow chain assembly , a 4”x4”x60” and a 6”x6”x60” wooden crossbeam, a pair of spacer blocks, a steering wheel clamp, and safety chains.

  • Removal of Equipment Subject, always, to the other terms and provisions of this Fee Agreement, the Company and any Sponsor Affiliates shall be entitled to remove and dispose of components of the Project from the Project in its sole discretion with the result that said components shall no longer be considered a part of the Project and, to the extent such constitute Economic Development Property, shall no longer be subject to the terms of this Fee Agreement. Economic Development Property is disposed of only when it is scrapped or sold or removed from the Project. If it is removed from the Project, it is subject to ad valorem property taxes to the extent the Property remains in the State and is otherwise subject to ad valorem property taxes.

  • Customer-Provided Equipment Comcast shall have no obligation to install, operate, or maintain Customer-Provided Equipment. Customer alone shall be responsible for providing maintenance, repair, operation and replacement of all inside telephone wiring and equipment and facilities on the Customer’s side of the cable modem, route and/or coaxial input connection. All Customer-Provided Equipment and wiring that Customer uses in connection with the Services must be fully compatible with the Services. Customer shall be responsible for the payment of all charges for troubleshooting, maintenance or repairs attempted or performed by Comcast’s employees or authorized contractors when the difficulty or trouble report results from Customer-Provided Equipment.

  • Purchased Equipment 1. Any asset with an acquisition cost in excess of $5,000 must be capitalized. PROVIDER shall make requests for any exceptions to this policy in writing to the Fiscal and Management Services Administrator for COUNTY. These requests shall be made prior to the purchase of any such asset.

  • Monitoring Equipment 2.2.1 24-hour TSP air quality monitoring was performed using High Volume Sampler (HVS) located at each designated monitoring station. The HVS meets all the requirements of the Project Specific EM&A Manual. Portable direct reading dust meters were used to carry out the 1-hour TSP monitoring. Brand and model of the equipment is given in Table 2.1.
