Deposit Schedule definition

Deposit Schedule means the schedule for payment shown in this Agreement in the Event Details above. ‘Emergency Services’ means any public or private organisation incorporated in and operating within Victoria, which is charged with responding to and dealing with emergencies when they occur, including but not limited to, ambulance service, police and fire brigade. ‘Event’ means the event, function or conference to be held at the Complex (or any area substituted by LTU) that is the subject of this Agreement and includes accommodation, where applicable; ‘Event Risk Management Plan’ has the same meaning in clause 6.1.

Deposit Schedule. The Hotel will require a non-refundable deposit of 25% of the estimated final bill at the time of booking, with the remainder due five (5) working days prior to arrival of your group if paying balance with Credit Card provided on contract. Should direct bill be approved, the Hotel may require an advance deposit of 25% prior to event and all remaining charges will be due upon receipt of invoice.

Deposit Schedule has the meaning ascribed to it in Section 2.02(a)(iii).
