Disposition of Records. Upon termination of this Agreement, Data User may retain the Limited Data Set but may only use and disclose the Limited Data Set for the purposes specified in this Agreement and only in accordance with the terms of this Agreement (unless said termination is due to a HIPAA violation, in which case the Limited Data Set must be returned to Covered Entity or destroyed in accordance with HIPAA regulations). However, Data User must abide by institutional protocols that may require destruction of data after Data Use Agreement expiration. This section shall survive termination of this Agreement.
Disposition of Records. Subsection 1 All records of proceedings shall be filed separately from the personnel files of the participants, and shall be considered strictly confidential.
Subsection 2 These records cannot be transmitted to any other employer without the mutual consent of the grievant and the employer.
Disposition of Records. All documents, communications, and records of a formal grievance will be filed in the school district office separately from the personnel files.
Disposition of Records. A. The BOP files and records created by the match will be used and accessed by VA only for the purpose stated in Article Ill.
B. VA will not create a separate file or system of records, which consists of information concerning only those individuals who are involved in the specific matching program.
C. VA will retain BOP data with identifying information only for the period of time required for any processing related to the matching program (ordinarily 90 days). After that time, VA will destroy the data.
Disposition of Records. The VA will maintain all records in accordance with VA Directive 6300 and manage all records in accordance with the VA records control schedule enumerated in the directive. Service records and benefit records will be retained for the duration of this agreement and any subsequent extension, and for a period not less than an individual’s period of eligibility, the duration of the benefit program, the termination of debt collection efforts, or any period necessary for resolution of adverse action procedures.
Disposition of Records. Upon expiration or termination of this Agreement, Data Requestor will return or destroy any data accessed pursuant to this Agreement. If the Aggregate Response cannot be returned or destroyed then the protections set forth in this Agreement shall be extended to such information so long as Data Requestor holds such information. This section will survive termination of this Agreement.
Disposition of Records. Upon receipt of written notice from the Fund of the appointment of the successor transfer agent and upon receipt of written instructions the Transfer Agent shall, upon request of the Fund and the successor transfer agent and upon payment of the Transfer Agent reasonable charges and disbursements, promptly transfer to the successor transfer agent the original or copies of all books and records maintained by the Transfer Agent hereunder and cooperate with, and provide reasonable assistance to, the successor transfer agent in the establishment of the books and records necessary to carry out its responsibilities hereunder.
Disposition of Records. A. SJBPH shall, until the date of its final termination, continue to maintain all of its records pursuant to its retention policies and applicable federal and state laws and regulations, at SJBPH’s expense. However, nothing in this Agreement is intended to prohibit SJBPH from sharing or providing records to any of the Counties prior to January 1, 2024, when appropriate for any public health department related service or function. It is the Parties’ intent that the records, both hard copy and digital, currently possessed and maintained by SJBPH shall be available to the Counties for the operation of their single-county public health departments or participating in a
