Disposition of Sick Leave at Termination of Employment. Unused sick leave may be carried forward from year to year. An employee with a date of hire prior to January 1, 1993, who terminates from the College with at least five (5) years of seniority shall be paid for 25% of up to one hundred-eighty (180) days of any sick leave earned but not used as of the date of termination, but in no event shall this amount exceed a total of forty-five (45) days. Employees hired on January 1, 1993 or thereafter, or employees who are terminated for cause, are not entitled to this or any other payment of sick leave under this Section
