Disposition of Annual Leave Upon Termination. An employee who leaves employment shall be entitled to payment for any earned but unused annual leave. An employee who is terminated for cause is not entitled to payment for accrued annual leave.

Disposition of Annual Leave Upon Termination. An employee who leaves employment before the end of thirty (30) calendar days of employment shall not be entitled to payment for any annual leave. An employee who leaves employment for reasons other than termination for cause shall receive payment for earned but unused annual leave at the time his or her employment ends, not to exceed the employee’s annual leave accrual rate.
