Should a compromise between the project partners or within a body consisting of the representatives of all project partners not be possible, the matter will be finally decided in accordance with the jurisdiction of the country where the lead partner is located.

Should a compromise through mediation in the framework of the project Monitoring Committee will not be possible, the parties herewith agree that it will be treated in accordance with the legal institutions of the LP’s country.
