Distribution of Educational Materials. The Grantee shall work with site owners to ensure residents of multifamily buildings and/or employees at commercial buildings served by multifamily and workplace project sites (as defined in Attachment D: Sample Application Manual) under this contract are aware of the opportunity to use chargers. To satisfy this requirement, the Grantee shall ensure partner site owners distribute educational materials to residents and/or employees and offer timely responses to questions on use of chargers. The Grantee shall ensure any educational materials distributed to residents of multifamily buildings and/or employees at commercial buildings meet requirements detailed in the termAcknowledgement of Climate Commitment Act Funding” of this agreement. This requirement does not apply if the contract does not include any multifamily or workplace project sites.
