Distribution of Job Information. Upon initial employment and for each change in classification, the affected Unit Member shall be provided with the following: 18.2.1 a copy of the applicable job description and monthly salary rates for the position; 18.2.2 designation of the assigned work location; 18.2.3 designation of the assigned work shift, hours per day, days per week and months per year. A second copy shall be signed, dated, and placed in the Unit Member’s personnel file.
