Common use of Distribution of the Contract Clause in Contracts

Distribution of the Contract. ‌ Within thirty (30) days following ratification of this Contract, the District shall distribute to all contracted full-time and part-time employees an electronic copy of the complete Contract. Full- time employees new to the District shall be provided a copy of the Contract by the District upon issuance of their individual contract and such Contract shall be available to all applicants on the Employer’s web page.

The Association agrees to contribute one-half (2) the Employer’s web pagecost of materials and supplies utilized in printing and distributing the Contract.
