District Council No. 16 agrees to give the Contractors, and the Contractors Associations immediate notice of any change in the geographical boundaries of any Local Union over that previously submitted to the Contractors Association. No violation of the hiring procedures or fabrication provisions will be found of such change in geographical boundary until thirty (30) days after said notice is given.

Consistent with those goals, the joint parties agree to prohibit the use, possession, distribution or sale of drugs, drug paraphernalia or alcohol at the facilities or project sites of signatory employers who adopt this Drug and Alcohol Policy.   • District The public agency or the school district for which the Work is performed. The governing board of the District or its designees will act for the District in all matters pertaining to the Contract. The District may, at any time:

  • City Council The governing body of the City of Dripping Springs.

  • School District For purposes of administering this Agreement, the term "School District" shall mean the School Board or its designated representative.

  • City Council Approval It is agreed that this MOU is of no force or affect until ratified by the City Council of the City of Lompoc.

  • District Approval The work completed herein must meet the approval of the District and shall be subject to the District’s general right of inspection and supervision to secure the satisfactory completion thereof.

  • NATIONAL JOINT COUNCIL AGREEMENTS 20.1 Subject to the National Joint Council By-Laws, agreements concluded by the National Joint Council of the Public Service on items which may be included in a collective agreement, and which the parties to this agreement have endorsed after December 6, 1978, will form part of this collective agreement, subject to the Public Service Labour Relations Act (PSLRA) and any legislation by Parliament that has been or may be, as the case may be, established pursuant to any Act prescribed in Schedule III of the PSLRA.
