District Evaluation Committee. A. A District Evaluation Committee will be established to review the efficiency and effectiveness of the evaluation process. The committee shall consist of four (4) members appointed by the ADMINISTRATION and four (4) bargaining unit members appointed by the ASSOCIATION.
