DISTRICT HEALTH AND SAFETY COMMITTEE. a. A District Health and Safety Committee shall be established in accordance with the provisions of the Occupational Health and Safety Regulation of the Workers' Compensation Act. The Committee shall be comprised of representatives of the VTF, the Board and other employee groups. The VTF shall have four (4) representatives.
