DISTRICT MANDATED ATTENDANCE AT MEETINGS. CONTRACTOR shall attend District mandated meetings when legal mandates, and/or LEA policy and procedures are reviewed, including but not limited to the areas of: curriculum, high school graduation, standards-based instruction, behavior intervention, cultural and linguistic needs of students with disabilities, dual enrollment responsibilities, LRE responsibilities, transition services, and standardized testing. The LEA shall provide CONTRACTOR with reasonable advanced notice of mandated meetings. Attendance at such meetings shall not constitute a billable service hour(s).

DISTRICT MANDATED ATTENDANCE AT MEETINGS. CONTRACTOR shall attend and SELPA mandated meetings, and/or meetings concerning policy and procedures, including but not limited to the areas of: SEIS, Attendance at such meetings does not constitute a billable service hour(s) and shall be attended at CONTRACTOR’s expense.

  • Attendance at Meetings Employees designated as shop stewards or official representatives of the Union shall be allowed to attend meetings held by County agencies during regular working hours on County time as follows:

  • ATTENDANCE AT MANDATORY MEETINGS/SCHOOL EVENTS Where an employee is required through clear direction by the board to attend work outside of regular working hours, the provisions of the local collective agreement regarding hours of work and compensation, including any relevant overtime/lieu time provisions, shall apply. Required attendance outside of regular working hours may include, but is not limited to school staff meetings, parent/teacher interviews, curriculum nights, Individual Education Plan and Identification Placement Review Committee meetings, and consultations with board professional staff.

  • Employee Attendance at Staff Meetings (a) Where an employee is directed by the Employer to attend a staff meeting during their regular working hours, the employee shall be compensated at their regular hourly rate for the time spent in such attendance.

  • Meetings and Hearings All meetings and hearings under this procedure shall not be conducted in public and shall include only such parties in interest and their designated or selected representatives, heretofore referred to in this Article.

  • Safety Meetings (iii) Accident investigation.

  • Court Attendance Any employee covered by this Agreement who may be required to attend any commission, court or hearing, to give evidence in any case, civil or criminal respecting the hotel in which they are employed, shall be compensated at the same hourly rate as called for in this Agreement, with a minimum of four (4) hours pay.
