Employee Attendance at Staff Meetings. (a) Where an employee is directed by the Employer to attend a staff meeting during his/her regular working hours, the employee shall be compensated at his/her regular hourly rate for the time spent in such attendance.

Employee Attendance at Staff Meetings. (a) Where an employee is directed by the Employer to attend a staff meeting during the employee's regular working hours, the employee shall be compensated at their regular hourly rate for the time spent in such attendance.
Employee Attendance at Staff Meetings. When any employee is directed by the Employer to attend a mandatory staff meeting in conjunction with a shift, the employee shall be compensated at the regular hourly rate for the time spent in attendance. If the meeting is held on a non-scheduled workday, the minimum pay for such meeting shall be four hours.

It is therefore agreed that the present practice with respect to staff meetings may continue.   • Attendance at Meetings Employees designated as shop stewards or official representatives of the Union shall be allowed to attend meetings held by County agencies during regular working hours on County time as follows:

  • Staff Meetings Staff meetings, whether in the store or off the premises, shall be considered as time worked and paid for accordingly, except meal meetings at which the attendance is voluntary. Such meal meetings in excess of three (3) during each Contract year shall be considered as time worked and paid for accordingly.
