District Match. Teachers with at least three (3) years of experience in the District who qualify for and participate in a state-approved compensation plan only as defined in “Section 1.” above and who qualify under one of the eligibility criteria listed below shall receive a dollar-for-dollar District-matching contribution of up to $2,000 per year to a maximum total of $22,000 during the teacher’s service in the District.
