District of Columbia Human Rights Act a. The Contractor shall not discriminate in any manner against any employee or applicant for employment that would constitute a violation of the District of Columbia Human Rights Act, effective December 13, 1977, as amended (D.C. Law 2-38; D.C. Official Code § 2-1401.01 et seq.) (“Act”, as used in this clause). The Contractor shall include a similar clause in all subcontracts, except subcontracts for standard commercial supplies or raw materials. In addition, the Contractor agrees, and any subcontractor shall agree, to post in conspicuous places, available to employees and applicants for employment, a notice setting forth the provisions of this non-discrimination clause as provided in section 251 of the Act.
