District Service Stipend. The District Service Stipend has been discontinued for all MBUs as of January 16, 2014. Any MBUs who received the District Service Stipend had their stipend embedded into their base salary by July 1, 2015. Any MBU who received a district service stipend prior to January 16, 2014 will continue receiving their district service stipend which will be frozen at the amount they were awarded on or prior to January 16, 2014. MBUs who separate from the district for any reason shall forfeit all rights to their district service stipend regardless of the length of break in service, beginning July 1, 2014 the district service stipend will be replaced with a step increase after each year of complete district service pending board approval.   • COURT SERVICE If an employee is required to appear in court or pursuant to a subpoena or other order of a court or body or to perform jury service, and such appearance or service results in his/her absence from work, he/she shall be granted court service leave for the period of time necessary to fulfill such requirement. Any employee who makes an appearance and whose service is not required shall return to work as soon as practicable after release. An employee on court service leave for a full day shall receive the difference between the payment received for such court service, excluding any travel allowance, and his/her regular pay. Any employee returning to work from court service leave shall be paid by the State for his/her actual hours worked or a minimum of the difference between payment received from the court, excluding any travel allowance, and his/her regular pay, whichever is greater. The provisions of this Article shall not apply to an employee summoned to or appearing before a court or body as a party to any private legal action which is not job related.

  • Covered Benefits and Services The Contractor shall provide to its Hoosier Healthwise members, at a minimum, all benefits and services deemed “medically reasonable and necessary” and covered by the IHCP, and included in the Indiana Administrative Code and under the Contract with the State. A covered service is considered medically necessary if it meets the definition as set forth in 405 IAC 5-2-17. The Contractor shall deliver covered services sufficient in amount, duration or scope to reasonably expect that provision of such services would achieve the purpose of the furnished services. Costs for these services are the basis of the Contractor’s capitation rate and are, therefore, the responsibility of the Contractor. Coverage may not be arbitrarily denied or reduced and is subject to certain limitations in accordance with CFR 438.210(a)(4), which specifies when Contractors may place appropriate limits on services:  On the basis of criteria applied under the State plan, such as medical necessity; or  For the purpose of utilization control, provided the services furnished are sufficient in amount, duration or scope to reasonably be expected to achieve the purpose for which the services are furnished.

  • CLOUD SERVICE The Cloud Service offering, is described below and is specified in an Order Document for the selected entitled offerings. The Order Document will consist of the Quotation that is provided and the Proof of Entitlement (XxX) you will receive confirming the start date and term of the Cloud Services and when invoicing will commence.

  • Covered Services Services to be performed by Contractor under this Agreement may involve the performance of trade work covered by the provisions of Section 6.22(e) [Prevailing Wages] of the Administrative Code or Section 21C [Miscellaneous Prevailing Wage Requirements] (collectively, “Covered Services”). The provisions of Section 6.22(e) and 21C of the Administrative Code are incorporated as provisions of this Agreement as if fully set forth herein and will apply to any Covered Services performed by Contractor and its subcontractors.

  • Community Based Adult Intensive Service (AIS) and Child and Family Intensive Treatment (CFIT) – AIS/CFIT programs offer services primarily based in the home and community for qualifying adults and children with moderate- to-severe mental health conditions. These programs consist at a minimum of ongoing emergency/crisis evaluations, psychiatric assessment, medication evaluation and management, case management, psychiatric nursing services, and individual, group, and family therapy. In a Provider’s Office/In Your Home This plan covers individual psychotherapy, group psychotherapy, and family therapy when rendered by: • Psychiatrists; • Licensed Clinical Psychologists; • Licensed Independent Clinical Social Workers; • Advance Practice Registered Nurses (Clinical Nurse Specialists/Nurse Practitioners- Behavioral Health); • Licensed Mental Health Counselors; and • Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists. Psychological Testing This plan covers psychological testing as a behavioral health benefit when rendered by: • neuropsychologists; • psychologists; or • pediatric neurodevelopmental specialists. This plan covers neuropsychological testing as described in the Tests, Labs and Imaging section.

  • Grades of Service The Parties shall initially engineer and shall monitor and augment all trunk groups consistent with the Joint Process as set forth in Section 14.1 of this Attachment.

  • Verizon Retail Telecommunications Service Any Telecommunications Service that Verizon provides at retail to subscribers that are not Telecommunications Carriers. The term “Verizon Retail Telecommunications Service” does not include any Exchange Access service (as defined in Section 3(16) of the Act, 47 U.S.C. § 153(16)) provided by Verizon.

  • Career Services Placement assistance is not provided. It is understood that the School does not and cannot promise or guarantee neither employment nor level of income or wage rate to any Student or Graduate.

  • Depot Service If depot service is included with Your Agreement, We will provide 3-way shipping to and from a depot service center of Our choice.

  • Service Scope Business Services apply to a single corresponding registered Covered Product. Purchasers of Business Services receive a 2 year limited business warranty (see VIVE Enterprise Business Limited Warranty here for details), starting from the original purchase date of your Covered Product. Business Services include expedited usage technical support, expedited customer care services and VIVE online resources as set forth in these Terms and Conditions and (xxx.xxxx.xxx/xxxxxxx).
