District Service Stipend. A. For the 2005-2006 school year only, all MBUs who meet the required consecutive years of service to the District will receive the compensation listed below in addition to their base salary and any degree compensation: Consecutive Years of Service Amount 6-20 $1,000 The District service stipend will be added to the MBU’s annual salary. During summer vacation checks are to be mailed to the MBU's summer address. This option is only available to MBUs employed as of the first contract date of the school year.

Any MBUs who received the District Service Stipend had their stipend embedded into their base salary by July 1, 2015. Any MBU who received a district service stipend prior to January 16, 2014 will continue receiving their district service stipend which will be frozen at the amount they were awarded on or prior to January 16, 2014.   • CLOUD SERVICE The Cloud Service offering, is described below and is specified in an Order Document for the selected entitled offerings. The Order Document will consist of the Quotation that is provided and the Proof of Entitlement (XxX) you will receive confirming the start date and term of the Cloud Services and when invoicing will commence.

  • Covered Services You will receive Covered Services under the terms and conditions of this Contract only when the Covered Service is: • Medically Necessary; • Provided by a Participating Provider for in-network coverage; • Listed as a Covered Service; • Not in excess of any benefit limitations described in the Schedule of Benefits section of this Contract; and • Received while Your Contract is in force.

  • Grades of Service The Parties shall initially engineer and shall monitor and augment all trunk groups consistent with the Joint Process as set forth in Section 14.1 of this Attachment.

  • Verizon Retail Telecommunications Service Any Telecommunications Service that Verizon provides at retail to subscribers that are not Telecommunications Carriers. The term “Verizon Retail Telecommunications Service” does not include any Exchange Access service (as defined in Section 3(16) of the Act, 47 U.S.C. § 153(16)) provided by Verizon.

  • Service Scope The following Services are covered by this Agreement; o Manned telephone support o Monitored email support o Remote assistance using Remote Desktop and a Virtual Private Network where available o Planned or Emergency Onsite assistance (extra costs apply) o Monthly system health check

  • Hospice Services Services are available for a Member whose Attending Physician has determined the Member's illness will result in a remaining life span of six months or less.

  • Dialysis Services This plan covers dialysis services and supplies provided when you are inpatient, outpatient or in your home and under the supervision of a dialysis program. Dialysis supplies provided in your home are covered as durable medical equipment.

  • CHANGES IN EMERGENCY AND SERVICE CONTACT PERSONS In the event that the name or telephone number of any emergency or service contact for the Competitive Supplier changes, Competitive Supplier shall give prompt notice to the Town in the manner set forth in Article 18.3. In the event that the name or telephone number of any such contact person for the Town changes, prompt notice shall be given to the Competitive Supplier in the manner set forth in Article 18.3.

  • Service Area (a) SORACOM shall provide the SORACOM Air Global Service within the area designated on the web site of SORACOM (the “Service Area”), provided, that, the Service Area may be different if stated otherwise as specified by SORACOM separately. However, within the Service Area, you may not use the SORACOM Air Global Service in places where transmissions are difficult to send or receive. (b) The parties of this Agreement acknowledge that there may be countries or locations within which SORACOM may be restricted from providing the SORACOM Air Global Service due to applicable laws, regulations, decisions, rules or orders (“Restrictions”). During the Term, SORACOM will use reasonable efforts to monitor whether there are any such Restrictions. SORACOM may in its sole discretion and at any time, suspend, discontinue, limit, or modify the SORACOM Air Global Service or impose additional requirements on the provision of the SORACOM Air Global Service, as may be reasonably required to comply with any such Restrictions. (c) In no event will SORACOM be required to provide the SORACOM Air Global Service in countries or locations, or in a manner that would be in violation of the Restrictions and its failure to provide the SORACOM Air Global Service due to the Restrictions will not be deemed to be a breach of its obligations under this Agreement. (d) In the event that any Restriction, or any change in applicable law, regulation, decision, rule or order materially or adversely affects the delivery of the SORACOM Air Global Service (including the economic viability thereof), SORACOM will notify Subscribers in writing and the parties will negotiate in good faith regarding changes to this Agreement. If the parties cannot reach agreement within 30 days after notification from SORACOM requesting renegotiation, SORACOM may terminate the Agreement upon 30 days’ written notice to the Subscriber.

  • COMMERCIAL REUSE OF SERVICES The member or user herein agrees not to replicate, duplicate, copy, trade, sell, resell nor exploit for any commercial reason any part, use of, or access to 's sites.
