Pay Plans. The Board shall provide twenty-four (24) pays to each bargaining unit member, on or about the first and fifteenth day of each month, starting with September first. A If the first of the month falls on a Saturday or Sunday, that paycheck shall be provided on the preceding Friday or last non-holiday before Saturday or Sunday. This procedure shall be followed except that the January first paycheck shall be provided on the first workday in January, so that it will not be switched to a different calendar year and that the first July paycheck shall be provided on the first workday in July so that it will not be switched to a different fiscal year.
Pay Plans. Employees may elect one (1) of the following pay plans by notification to the Human Resources office by June 15.
a) Plan A. One nineteenth (1/19) of the contract salary to be paid on the 15th and last day of each month beginning on September 30.
b) Plan B. One twenty-fourth (1/24) of the contract salary to be paid on the 15th and last day of each month beginning on September 30.
Pay Plans. The direct deposit system for employee's paychecks shall be implemented for all classified employees. Each employee can have two accounts (checking or savings, in addition to the credit union) at the banking institution of their choice. The account can be changed if the Treasurer is given fourteen (14) days notice prior to the payroll that the change is to take place.
Pay Plans. Effective the first pay period start date in fiscal year 2020, pay shall be as shown in Appendix "A" of this Article. The pay plan reflects a four percent (4%) general wage increase for fiscal years 2020, a three percent (3%) general wage increase for fiscal year 2021, and a three percent (3%) general wage increase for fiscal year 2022.

a. Twenty-one (21) pays
b. Twenty-six (26) pays All pays will be paid via direct deposit. Teachers shall supply all necessary information to the business department to facilitate direct deposit. Pay will be withheld until such information has been supplied. Check stubs will be electronic and available on-line. Check stubs will not be printed or mailed.
2. Changes in pay plans must be made by the end of the week preceding the first pay date of each school year. The pay plan elected may not be changed during the school year. It is understood that should any teacher not elect a pay plan, he/she will automatically be placed on the twenty-six (26) pay plan.
3. All teachers who receive pay for special assignments shall be paid according to the procedures established by the payroll department.
4. Mileage payments will be paid monthly upon submission of the proper forms, on a monthly basis, and must be approved by the appropriate administrator prior to payment. Such payments shall be paid according to the procedures established by the payroll department.
Pay Plans. Principals working 42 weeks or less may elect to spread their salary over the full year or divide it in 21 equal pays, payable on the teachers' pay schedule. Effective the first payroll period of fiscal year 2020, pay for the classifications of Firefighter, Firefighter Paramedic, and Fire Lieutenant shall be as shown in Appendix A of this Article. Pay Plans. The pay plan schedules effective during the term of this Agreement shall be calculated when this Agreement becomes final and shall be attached hereto as Appendix A.
Pay Plans. The College is transitioning to an annual pay plan that will run July 1 to June 30. Effective with the ratification and approval of this Agreement, current bargaining unit employees will have the remainder of their 2019-2020 annual salary divided equally among the remaining semi-monthly payrolls until June 30, 2020. Effective July 1, 2020, current bargaining unit employees shall be paid on a twenty-four (24) pay calendar with their annual salary paid on a semi-monthly basis starting with the pay period commencing on July 1st and concluding the pay period ending on June 30th of the following calendar year. New employees starting after July 1 but prior to the start of Fall Semester, will have their annual salary divided in equal amounts over the remaining twenty-one (21) pay periods from August 31st to June 30th.
