DIVE T. E.M.S. team members with current Paramedic certification shall be approved by the CITY for participation in the program to ensure continuous coverage for training and operational missions.

DIVE T. E.M.S. Team applicants will be required to complete a background investigation (criminal history check, complaint check, driving history) conducted by the FCSO.
DIVE T. E.M.S. Team candidates will be required to successfully complete a physical examination to include, at a minimum, mandatory drug testing with Flagler County’s occupational health provider. The physical examination will be provided and paid for by the CITY.
DIVE T. E.M.S. team will also be required to pass a physical examination and agility test both of which shall be conducted by the FCSO in accordance with the FCSO’s Dive Team Standard Operating Procedures.
DIVE T. E.M.S. applicants will be required to attend an interview with the FCSO’s Dive Team Supervisor and other FCSO personnel as part of the selection process.

  • Personally Owned Professional Material The employer shall reimburse an employee to a maximum of $150 for loss, damage or personal insurance deductible to personally owned professional material brought to the employee’s workplace to assist in the execution of the employee’s duties, provided that:

  • Agendas The parties will exchange agenda items 1 week prior to each meeting and the Chair will issue an agenda 1 week prior to each meeting.   • Job Meetings Upon award of the Mini-Bid Contract and prior to the start of any work, the Contractor shall be available for an initial job meeting with the Authorized User’s representative to discuss the following items:

  • Negotiation Meetings 1. Negotiation meetings will be scheduled at the request of the parties and, until negotiations are concluded, either party may require at each meeting a decision on the date, time, and place of a subsequent meeting.

  • Positive Time Reporting Employees will accurately report time worked in accordance with a positive time reporting process as determined by each agency.

  • After School Meetings 1. The parties agree that attendance at three (3) PTA meetings or Open Houses shall be required. Employees serving in more than one (1) school building shall not be required to attend more than three (3) meetings. The employee and respective school principals shall arrange an appropriate visitation schedule at alternating sites. The employee will be available for all students under his/her supervision. Attendance at additional PTA meetings shall be by mutual agreement between the faculty and the principal.

  • Meetings of the Committee a) The Committee shall meet at the request of one of the central parties.

  • Faculty Meetings Principals shall have the authority to schedule necessary faculty meetings; however, such meetings shall be as brief and well planned as possible. Such meetings shall be used for purposes that cannot be accomplished effectively through other means. Faculty meetings shall be scheduled in a manner that impacts teacher planning time to the least degree possible. If more than one faculty meeting is held in a month, the purpose of the meeting shall be announced to the faculty in advance.
