Division of Service. The parties anticipate that the Chief and/or Assistant Chief, and/or Duty Officer will reasonably divide his time as Chief and/or Assistant Chief, and/or Duty Officer between Penryn and Newcastle as the duties and responsibilities of each district require. This includes sharing time at the physical location of the fire station in each District. Both parties understand that there will be times when one district re- quires more of the Chief’s and/or Assistant Chief, and/or Duty Officer’s attention than the other.
