Divisional Officers. Where the business and operations of the Corporation or any part thereof are divided into one or more divisions or sub-units, the board may designate and appoint divisional officers to those divisions or sub- units and determine their powers and duties.
Divisional Officers. Each division of the Company, ------------------- if any, may have a president, secretary, treasurer or controller and one or more vice presidents, assistant secretaries, assistant treasurers and other assistant officers. Any number of such offices may be held by the same person. Such divisional officers will be appointed by, report to and serve at the pleasure of the Board and such other officers that the Board may place in authority over them. The officers of each division shall have such authority with respect to the business and affairs of that division as may be granted from time to time by the Board, and in the regular course of business of such division may sign contracts and other documents in the name of the division where so authorized; provided that in no case and under no circumstances shall an officer of one division have authority to bind any other division of the Company except as necessary in the pursuit of the normal and usual business of the division of which he is an officer.
Divisional Officers. The Board, the Chairman or the President may from time to time appoint employees of the Company divisional officers who shall have such operating and divisional responsibilities as may be designated by the President. Such divisional officers shall not be corporate officers and shall serve at the discretion of, under the direction of, and subject to removal by, the President.

  • Department Chairpersons 17.1 In each elementary, middle and senior high school, the need for department chairpersons/team leaders shall be determined by the principal.
