DoctorBill Service. The DoctorBill Service is the optional service provided by CES under which CES offers a turn-key payment for Customers featuring: i Virtual Terminal Payments. An online “virtual terminal” for Customers to process credit card payments from Payers at the point-of-sale, which Customers can access through a private login. ii Online Payments. A Customer-specific online “payments page” accessed by Payers to make credit card payments, available on a unique URL which can be published by the Customer on their invoices, linked to from any webpage or re-directed from within the Customer’s own website. iii BPAY Payments. A Customer-specific “BPAY reference number” so Payers can make BPAY payments from their financial institutions. The Customer can publish the BPAY reference number and logo on their invoices. iv Telephone Payments. A dedicated “1300 number” and Customer- specific reference number for Payers to make credit card payments over the phone. The Customer can publish the 1300 number and the reference number on their invoices and/or website. The DoctorBill Service provides for Customers to: i offer to Payers some or all of the payment methods as the Customer sees fit for its business; ii identify & reconcile payments made by Xxxxxx; iii receive daily payment of funds received from Payers through DoctorBill; and iv integrate the DoctorBill with other software from CES (including the Solution and Concierge Service).

  • Civil Service 2.6.1 The Government of National Unity shall also ensure that the National Civil Service, notably at the senior and middle-levels, is representative of the people of Sudan. In so doing, the following principles shall be recognized:-

  • Professional Service Consultant agrees that all services and work performed under this agreement will be accomplished in a professional manner, in accordance with the accepted standards of Contractor’s profession.

  • Depot Service If depot service is included with Your Agreement, We will provide 3-way shipping to and from a depot service center of Our choice.

  • COURT SERVICE If an employee is required to appear in court or pursuant to a subpoena or other order of a court or body or to perform jury service, and such appearance or service results in his/her absence from work, he/she shall be granted court service leave for the period of time necessary to fulfill such requirement. Any employee who makes an appearance and whose service is not required shall return to work as soon as practicable after release. An employee on court service leave for a full day shall receive the difference between the payment received for such court service, excluding any travel allowance, and his/her regular pay. Any employee returning to work from court service leave shall be paid by the State for his/her actual hours worked or a minimum of the difference between payment received from the court, excluding any travel allowance, and his/her regular pay, whichever is greater. The provisions of this Article shall not apply to an employee summoned to or appearing before a court or body as a party to any private legal action which is not job related.

  • Universal service 1. Each Party has the right to define the kind of universal service obligations it wishes to maintain.

  • Outpatient Dental Anesthesia Services This plan covers anesthesia services received in connection with a dental service when provided in a hospital or freestanding ambulatory surgical center and: • the use of this is medically necessary; and • the setting in which the service is received is determined to be appropriate. This plan also covers facility fees associated with these services.

  • Medical Exams 18.1: The Sheriff's Department may require a physical and/or psychological exam by a doctor, at the Employer's expense, to determine the employee's ability to perform his/her regular duties, if deemed appropriate. The employee may obtain a second opinion, at the employee's expense, and in the event there is a dispute between the Employer's doctor and the employee's doctor, both of these doctors shall select a third doctor, whose decision shall be final and binding on the parties. The expense for the third doctor's opinion shall be split 50-50 by the Employer and the employee if not covered by the employee's insurance.

  • Mail Service 1. The Union shall be authorized to use the Agency’s internal mail distribution system, and the electronic mail system (e-mail), to conduct Union business which is necessary for the effective representation of bargaining unit employees.

  • Medical Appointment for Pregnant Employees 35.9.1 Up to three decimal seven five (3.75) hours of reasonable time off with pay for each appointment will be granted to pregnant employees for the purpose of attending routine medical appointments.

  • TRIAL SERVICE Section 1. Each employee appointed to a position in the bargaining unit by initial appointment or promotion shall, with each appointment, serve a trial service period.
