Documentary. A Documentary is an information, news, and/or public interest Motion Picture, including but not limited to industrials and educationals which may include drama or variety techniques in achieving the information goal.

Documentary. An information, news, and/or public interest production or any production designed primarily for informational purposes, including but not limited to industrial and educational productions and any production recognized as such by a government- funding agency. Dramatic or variety elements may be used to achieve the information goal.
Documentary. (1) The producer shall have the right to make a television documentary, including unlimited exhibition throughout the world on all television and for the period defined in the SAG-AFTRA Agreement. This permission is conditioned on payment of not less than the applicable SAG-AFTRA rates and provided no more than 21 minutes of combined rehearsal/performance footage is used. “Performance footage” and/or rehearsal shall mean footage acquired from Advance News footage, documentaries (produced after November 3, 1997, provided Actor has given consent to such use) or news footage with no individual clip exceeding three minutes in duration. For the purposes of clarity, “non-performance footage” involving Actors in non-performance activities (such as interviews, costume fittings and other elements where the performer is not performing whether in rehearsal or on stage) shall not be included in the calculation of running time. Furthermore, this provision is conditioned on the proviso that if work additional to Actor’s normal duties in rehearsing or performing for the stage production is required of the Actor to accommodate the recording, the Actor will be paid the appropriate Equity hourly rehearsal overtime rates for such additional work plus any fees which may be required by SAG-AFTRA. It is agreed that Producer must obtain Equity’s consent to Record more than a total of three days of rehearsal and/or performance. Equity agrees that it shall not unreasonably withhold its consent to such additional Recording.
Documentary. (1) In addition to providing captured material as provided herein, Producer may permit outside news and media/entertainment companies to capture material to make a television documentary, including unlimited exhibition throughout the world on all television and for the period defined in the SAG- AFTRA Agreement. This permission is conditioned on payment of not less than the applicable SAG-AFTRA rates and provided no more than 21 minutes of combined rehearsal/performance footage is used. (a) Performance footage" and/or rehearsal shall mean footage acquired from captured material, documentaries (produced after October 1, 1996 provided Actor has given consent to such use) or news footage with no individual clip exceeding three minutes in duration. (b) Non-performance footage" involving Actors in non-performance activities (such as interviews, costume fittings and other elements where the performer is not performing whether in rehearsal or on stage) shall not be included in the calculation of running time (the aforementioned 21 minutes). (c) If work additional to the Actors’ (including Stage Managers) normal duties during rehearsal or performance for the stage production is required to accommodate the Recording, the Actor will be paid the appropriate Equity hourly rehearsal overtime rates for such additional work plus any fees which may be required by SAG-AFTRA. (d) Producer must obtain Equity's consent to allow Recording of more than a total of three days of rehearsal and/or performance. Equity agrees that it shall not unreasonably withhold its consent to such additional shooting.

This has been a very successful collaboration and the parties commit to continuing to support documentaries and feature documentaries at a minimum of similar levels. The parties welcome feature documentaries intended for festival and cinematic release and will collaborate on events or other appropriate premieres and screenings.

Documentary. Materials and Documents involving the supplication for eBanking channels and services via eBanking channel and/or transaction between The Bank and Client, as well as data recorded, confirmed and saved by The Bank shall be the evidence of transaction(s) between Client and The Bank, consisting of the full legality of Agreement confirmed by The Bank and Client. - For individual Clients: invoice for charge transactions accrued between The Bank and Client shall be given to Client not later than the end of month where the transaction occurs when Client comes to Transaction Points of The Bank upon Client's Demand for receiving the invoice; After this time, The Bank shall not issue invoice to Client, and just summarize all charge transactions into the general invoice of The Bank system. - For organization Client: Invoice for charge transactions accrued between The Bank and Client, since the next date of charge transaction date, shall be provided for Client at Transaction Points of The Bank upon Client's Demand for receiving the invoice.
Documentary. With respect to any documentary that Defendants create or participate in (whether by interview, producing, directing, distributing, promoting or other means) regarding the production of Prelude to Axanar and the Permitted Axanar Segments (“the Documentary”), Defendants agree: a. The Documentary will not reveal any Confidential Information obtained in connection with the Lawsuit; b. The Documentary will not discuss or depict any documents or testimony that has been designated as Confidential or Highly Confidential in the Lawsuit, will not discuss or disclose the content of any settlement communications from the Lawsuit, and will not discuss legal strategy or any statements made by the parties or their counsel regarding their legal positions in the Lawsuit, including but not limited to any statements or testimony from Xxxxxx Xxx and X.X. Xxxxxx relating to the Lawsuit; c. The Documentary may refer to the fact that a lawsuit was filed, and to the fact that the Lawsuit was settled, without revealing any details of this Settlement Agreement or any of its terms. The Documentary may also explain that because of the lawsuit and the underlying dispute, production of the Permitted Axanar Segments was delayed, and the format changed. Other than the foregoing, the Documentary shall not discuss the lawsuit, and any such discussion shall be a breach of the confidentiality provision of this Settlement Agreement. 6.1 The Documentary may not be released within three (3) months before or one (1) month after the release of the first episode of the upcoming television series, Star Trek: Discovery . While the series is currently scheduled to debut in May of 2017, in the event that the debut changes from May 2017, Defendants will not release the Documentary within three (3) months before or one (1) month after the release of the first episode of Star Trek: Discovery, , as long as there is a public announcement about the change to the release date made at least sixty (60) days before May 2017, or any other future altered release date . 6.2 The Documentary is subject to the same conditions and limitations as set forth in Section Paragraphs 5.1, 5.3, 5.9, 5.17 above.
