  • Documents and Records Seller shall deliver to Servicer, and Servicer shall hold in trust for Seller and the Purchasers in accordance with their respective interests, all documents, instruments and records (including, without limitation, computer tapes or disks) that evidence or relate to Pool Receivables.

  • DOCUMENTS, PRINTOUTS, ETC Certified copies of all documents, books, records, instructional materials, programs, printouts and memoranda of every description derived therefrom and pertaining to this Contract shall become the property of the Government and shall be turned over to it at the termination of this Contract, or at the Government’s request, during the life of the contract.   • DOCUMENTS AND SAMPLES AT THE SITE 4.11.1 The Contractor shall maintain at the site for the State one record copy of all Drawings, Specifications, Addenda, Change Orders and other modifications, in good order and marked currently to record all changes made during construction, and approved Shop Drawings, Product Data and Samples. These shall be available to the Architect and the State for monthly review prior to approval of Contractor’s monthly application for payment. Prior to substantial completion of the Work, the Contractor shall ensure that one record copy of all Drawings, Specifications, Addenda, Change Orders and other Modifications, in good order and marked currently to record all changes made during construction, and approved Shop Drawings, Product Data and Samples are delivered to the Architect for the State and a duplicate copy shall be delivered to the State for the State’s use.

  • DOCUMENTS AT THE SITE (a) Project Co shall keep one copy of the current digital files of the Contract Documents, Construction Schedule, submittals, reports, Supplementary Instructions, Change Orders, Contemplated Change Notices, Change Directives, Design Issue resolution documents, partnering documents, records of meetings and all other documents necessary for the administration of the Project at the Site, all in good order and available to Owner, Xxxxxx’s Consultant and the Consultant. Project Co shall keep a daily log available to Owner, Xxxxxx’s Consultant and the Consultant at all times.

Each party shall reasonably assist the other party in its documentation requirements, including providing the information the other party needs from it in a manner reasonably requested by the other party (such as using an electronic system), in order to enable the other party to comply with any obligations relating to maintaining records of processing.
