Common use of Domestic Violence Clause in Contracts

Domestic Violence. You must not use, attempt or threaten to use violence or abuse, whether physical, emotional, sexual, mental or economic, against any other person (including children) living with you or within an intimate and/or family relationship. If you do and that person and/or their children have to leave your home because of your conduct we may take steps to evict you from your home.

Domestic Violence. You You, or other members of your household, must not use, attempt use or threaten to use violence or abuseagainst anyone else living in your home. Domestic violence includes, whether (but is not limited to) physical, emotional, sexual, mental or economic, against any other person (including children) living with you or within an intimate and/or family relationshipemotional and financial abuse and enforced imprisonment. If you do cause or permit domestic violence it will be a breach of this agreement and that person and/or their children have to leave your home because of your conduct we may take steps legal action to evict you from your homeyou.

Domestic Violence. 3.10.1 You must not use, attempt or threaten to use violence or abuse, abuse whether physical, emotional, sexual, mental or economic, economic against any other person (including children) living with you or within an intimate and/or family relationship. If you do and that person and/or their children have to leave your home because of your conduct violence, attempted violence or threats of violence or abuse against them, we may take steps to evict you from your home. 3.10.2 You must not commit any act of domestic violence in your home or anywhere else in the neighbourhood.

Domestic Violence. You must not useassault your husband or wife or partner, attempt or threaten to use violence former husband, wife or abuse, partner or other family member whether physical, emotional, sexual, mental or economic, against any other person (including children) they are living with you or within an intimate and/or family relationship. If not, and you do and must not harass them or use mental, emotional or sexual abuse that person and/or their children have might be expected to cause anyone who lives with you to leave your home because of your conduct we may take steps to evict you from your home.
