DONATING UNUSED SICK TIME. In the event that an Employee has an illness or injury that makes him/her unable to be at work, but this illness or injury is one that is not so debilitating that the Employee is prevented from returning to work in the future, any other Employee may donate a portion of his/her unused sick time to assist this ill Employee so that he/she may return to work.
