Carry Over Vacation. (a) Employees may select all of their vacation during the carry-over period of the following year during the vacation selection process as described in Paragraph 8 (Scheduling of Time Off).
(b) Subject to needs of the business and force requirements, employees may reschedule a vacation period selected in the current calendar year to an available vacation carry-over period in the following year.
(c) Any week or weeks of vacation carried over from one (1) calendar year into the next must be completed no later than the last week ending in April of the year into which they are carried over.
Carry Over Vacation. All employees are encouraged to take all of their vacation time during the vacation year. However, a maximum of one (1) week of vacation may be carried over into the next vacation year. A vacation week that is carried over must be taken by April 30th. The Company may at its discretion place employees on vacation and require them to take vacation at a specified time. The number of weeks management may place employees on vacation is limited to not more than one (1) week in a vacation year. Should the need to place employees on vacation occur, the Company will provide thirty (30) days notice to the affected employees.

(d) In the event an employee is prevented from taking his/her carryover vacation week(s) during the applicable carryover period due to operational needs, the Company shall, with concurrence of the Union, either pay out the unused vacation or extend the carryover period to the last week ending in June of the year into which the vacation week(s) are carried over.
Carry Over Vacation. The vacation entitlement contained herein shall be taken by all the employees annually, subject to the provision that the employees may make application to the Employer for carry-over of the entitlement to the following year. Carry-over of up to five (5) days shall be approved. Consideration shall be given for carry over in excess of five (5) days by the Executive Director.
Carry Over Vacation. An Employee may carry over not more than five (5) days of Vacation from one calendar year to the next calendar year subject to the approval of the Chief of Fire and the Township Committee without recourse to Grievance Procedure over such denial. The deadline for an Employee to use carry over vacation time is June 30th or same is forfeit.
Carry Over Vacation. Subject to the limitations of this Article, up to one full vacation may be carried over into the next vacation period. Notwithstanding this limitation, all vacation vests as it is accrued and is not subject for forfeiture.
Carry Over Vacation. Every four years an employee may carry over fifty (50%) percent of his/her earned vacation into the first quarter of the following calendar year, provided that the employee submits this request (including the specific date(s) on which they wish to schedule such carried over vacation) as part of their annual request for vacation for the following calendar year (e.g. a request to carry over unused 2019 vacation must be submitted by November 14, 2019, as part of the 2020 vacation request). Employees are required to take two weeks’ vacation each calendar year. Any vacation that is unused and unscheduled as of November 14 of the calendar year to which the earned vacation relates will be scheduled on available dates as determined by the Company between January 1 and March 31 of the following calendar year.
Carry Over Vacation. Employees may carry over up to ten (10) accumulated and earned vacation days into the next calendar year.
Carry Over Vacation. There will be no carry-over of vacation from year to year. All unused vacation time will be forfeited. Every effort will be made by the employer to allow each employee to use all vacation time. Except in the event the employer declares an emergency that prevents the employee from using already scheduled vacation time, and if the vacation cannot be rescheduled by the employee in that year, the employee will be paid for the cancelled vacation in the first pay period of the following year. Cancellation of approved vacation time shall be in writing and a copy submitted to the Personnel Officer.
