Common use of Donation of Days Clause in Contracts

Donation of Days. 1. An employee may voluntarily donate up to two (2) PTO days (16 hours) to another employee who has exhausted their accumulated days. The donation shall be submitted to the Human Resources Department using the approved form. The form is attached as Exhibit D.
