Common use of Donation of Days Clause in Contracts

Donation of Days. a. Upon initial enrollment in the Bank, the teacher shall contribute one or more sick leave days to the Bank. To maintain the Bank, participating teachers may be required to contribute additional sick leave days to the Bank in subsequent School Years and during the School Year. The number of days required for the School Year for initial participation and ongoing participation will be established by the Committee. Days contributed will be deducted from the official school record of accumulated sick leave for each respective teacher.

Days contributed will be deducted from the official school record of accumulated sick leave for each respective teacher.
