Common use of Donation of Days Clause in Contracts

Donation of Days. Employees may donate one (1) or two (2) full days in accordance with position and hours of earned sick leave and/or earned compensation time per request to other employees. The cumulative total of donated days from all donors shall not exceed thirty (30) days per request. Excess donation days shall be returned to the respective donors once the thirty (30) day threshold has been met.

The cumulative total of donated days from all donors shall not exceed thirty (30) days per request. Excess donation days All transfers of eligible leave credit shall be returned to irrevocable. (Education Code 44043.5). Leave credits will remain in a bank that can be accessed by any classified employee who qualifies for the respective donors once the thirty (30) day threshold has been metcatastrophic leave program as defined in this article.
