Common use of Downtown Parking Subsidy Clause in Contracts

Downtown Parking Subsidy. The City shall provide a ninety dollar ($90) per month parking subsidy to eligible career employees who are regularly assigned to work in the downtown area. The subsidy will be included in the employee’s bi-weekly paycheck, subject to applicable state and federal taxes.
