Draft Drainage Design Memo. XXXX will prepare a Drainage Memo to document the roadway drainage design and analysis in accordance with the Highway Design Manual (HDM). The Drainage Memo will analyze and compare the existing and proposed drainage characteristics of the project and will serve as the basis of compliance for design of roadway drainage and storm drain system requirements outlined in the HDM. The Draft Memo will be prepared during 30% design and the Final Memo prepared during 65% design under Task 4.4. It is assumed that flood control detention (i.e., detention for storm events greater than a 10-year event) will not be necessary due to similar pre- and post-post project impervious footprints and drainage patterns, therefore it is not included as part of this scope. It is also assumed that off-site hydrologic analyses will not be necessary. This scope assumes two plan check reviews of the Draft Drainage Design Memo.
