Inspection Report The Client and the Company agree that the Company, and its inspector(s), will prepare a written home inspection report which shall:
Data Location 1.1. The CONTRACTOR shall not store or transfer non-public COUNTY data outside of the United States. This includes backup data and Disaster Recovery locations. The CONTRACTOR will permit its personnel and contractors to access COUNTY data remotely only as required to provide technical support. (Remote access to data from outside the continental United States is prohibited unless approved in advance and in writing by the County.)
Inspection Checklist (check one) ☐ In order to avoid disagreements about the condition of the Premises, at the time of accepting possession of the Premises, Tenant will complete the Inspection Checklist incorporated herein by reference and attached hereto as Exhibit B and record any damage or deficiencies that exist at the commencement of the Term. Landlord will be liable for the cost of any cleaning or repair to correct damages found at the time of the inspection. Tenant will be liable for the cost of any cleaning and/or repair to correct damages found at the end of the Term if not recorded on the inspection checklist, normal wear and tear excepted. ☐ The Tenant is NOT required to complete an inspection checklist.
Inspection Reports A "full inspection report" comprises a Site Master File (compiled by the manufacturer or by the inspectorate) and a narrative report by the inspectorate. A "detailed report" responds to specific queries about a firm by the other Party.
Project Location & Description The Project, for which the provision of financial assistance is the subject of this Agreement, is hereby described as follows:
Condition Report The landlord and tenant are required to inspect the residential unit together at the beginning and end of the tenancy and complete a written condition report. If the landlord allows the tenant to have a pet after the start of the tenancy, an inspection report must be done on the day the tenant starts keeping a pet or on another day mutually agreed to by the landlord and tenant, unless the tenancy started on or after January 1, 2004, and a condition inspection report was completed at that time. A report may describe any damage, how clean each room is, and the general condition of the residential unit including: the floors, carpets, appliances, and paint on the walls. The report must be signed and dated by both the landlord and the tenant who made the inspection, and each should keep a copy. Change of Landlord – A new landlord has the same rights and duties as the previous one and must follow all the terms of this agreement unless the tenant and new landlord agree to other terms.

Monthly Report A. A Monthly Report shall be submitted within ten (10) calendar days of the end of each calendar month of the Period of Operation. Each Monthly Report shall be signed, dated, and certified by Concessionaire, Concessionaire’s Bookkeeper, or Accountant, and contain a Statement of Total Gross Receipts, excluding New Jersey State Sales Tax, derived by Concessionaire from operation of the Concession during the previous month. Each Monthly Report shall be based on the daily “Z” tapes or Point-of-Service (POS) device equivalent for that same month showing each day’s sales activity. Failure on the part of Concessionaire to provide the Monthly Report, when due, shall constitute a material breach of this Agreement subject to Suspension of Operations and/or Termination, in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth in Paragraphs 9 and 10. Concessionaire shall provide Department with any additional written clarification and/or information necessary to confirm the accuracy of any or all of Concessionaire’s Monthly Reports.
Evaluation Report 20.5.4.1 The summary evaluation report shall be prepared by the Faculty Evaluation Committee and administrative evaluator(s) and shall include each evaluator’s individual rating. The summary evaluation report shall take into account the results of each of the evaluation components (Section 20.5.3) in order to arrive at an overall rating. When the committee and the administrative evaluator(s) cannot reach an agreement as to the overall rating, the report must include written explanation.
Location Data Apple and its partners, licensees and third party developers may provide certain services through the Apple Software that rely upon location information. To provide and improve these services, where available, Apple and its partners, licensees and third party developers may transmit, collect, maintain, process and use your location data, including the real-time geographic location of your computer, and location search queries. The location data and queries collected by Apple are collected in a form that does not personally identify you and may be used by Apple and its partners, licensees and third party developers to provide and improve location-based products and services. By using any location-based services provided by or through the Apple Software, you agree and consent to Apple's and its partners', licensees' and third party developers’ transmission, collection, maintenance, processing and use of your location data and queries to provide and improve such products and services. You may withdraw this consent at any time by going to the Location Services setting in the Apple Software and either turning off the global Location Services setting or turning off the individual location setting of each location-aware application on your computer. The Location Services setting is found in the Security & Privacy pane within System Preferences. When using third party applications or services on your computer that use or provide location data, you are subject to and should review such third party's terms and privacy policy on use of location data by such third party applications or services.
