SECTION REQUIREMENTS. The Interested Party shall provide the following information regarding their corporate capabilities and prior experience. An Interested Party’s corporate capabilities and prior experience (including government and commercial) shall indicate the relevant aspects of delivering IT managed services similar in size, scope, and complexity to the required NIMS BPA services. While the primary objective is to review the information provided by the Interested Party, NNSA may gather additional information from other public sources. At this time, NNSA is assessing what an Interested Party has done and not how an Interested Party has performed. Therefore, the Interested Party shall not discuss information that describes how the Interested Party performed as it will not be used. Information previously submitted, if any, will not be considered unless it is resubmitted; it must not be incorporated by reference. Interested Parties shall not assume that the Government is aware of their companies' abilities, corporate capabilities, plans, facilities, organization, prior experiences, or any other pertinent facts that is important to the viability determination. Where applicable, Interested Parties may provide the capabilities and/or prior experience of their parent company, partners, subcontractors, teaming partners, or predecessor company where the qualification demonstrates that the resources of the affiliated company, particularly its workforce, management, facilities, or other resources, will be provided or relied upon for contract performance, such that the affiliate will have meaningful involvement in contract performance. If a parent company, partner, subcontractor teaming partner, or predecessor company is used, then the service provider of the capabilities and/or prior experience must be explicitly identified in the Capabilities Statement and/or Prior Experience Response Template.

If this is not complied with, a clean-up will be conducted by the building janitors and the general contractor will be back-charged for this service. (f) Welding or burning with an open flame will not be done without prior approval of the Building Manager. Fire extinguishers must be on hand at all times. (g) All “anchoring” of walls or supports to the concrete are not to be done during normal working hours (7:30 AM—6:00 PM, Monday through Friday). This work must be scheduled before or after these hours during the week or on the weekend.
