DRAPES. Drapes or drapery tracks where provided by the Landlord will not be removed from windows. Drapes provided by the Landlord are not machine washable. A Tenant who machine washes the drapes of her/his apartment will be charged for replacement drapes.
DRAPES. Lessee shall only install in the premises those window coverings or ------ drapes which have been approved by Lessor in writing.
DRAPES. Any drapes or window treatments in any Residential Unit which can be seen from the exterior of a Residential Unit shall be lined or backed with material which is white, off-white or neutral so that no other color other than these hereinabove set out can be seen on the window treatment from the exterior, except as may be approved by the Design Review Committee.
DRAPES. No awnings or other projections will be attached to the outside walls of the Building. No curtains, blinds, shades, screens or covering other than those approved by Landlord will be attached to, hung in, or used in connection with any window or door of the Leased Premises without the prior written consent of Landlord. Such coverings will be of a quality, type, design and color approved by Landlord and attached in the manner approved by Landlord.
DRAPES. In place; clean, uniform appearance; no holes, tear; operating mechanism in place, opens/closes smoothly and easily. DOORS: Door and jambs intact and secure; surface unbroken and with uniform, finished appearance; hardware (hinges, knobs, locks) operate smoothly and easily; door stops in place, secure. CLOSET FIXTURES: Rods, shelves in place, clean, unbroken and unmarked. ELECTRIC RECEPTACLES AND WALL SWITCHES: Fixtures and cover plates intact and unbroken; 110 volt service available; surfaces clean with no evidence of xxxxx on the cover plates. Bathroom and kitchen receptacles protected by Ground Fault Interrupters.
DRAPES. LESSEE’s subcontractor shall only use flame retardant drapes, and must file proof of retardancy for any drapes it plans to use at the FACILITY with the DIRECTOR. Failure to file such proof may result in the denial of access to the FACILITY by XXXXXX’s subcontractor.
DRAPES. The LESSEE and it’s subcontractors agree to use only flame retardant drapes and must have on file at the ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICES proof of retardancy for any drapes it plans to use at the FACILITY. The DIRECTOR and/or the Director of Operations may prohibit the LESSEE CONTRACTOR access to the FACILITY, if the proof of retardancy is not on file.
DRAPES. All drapes installed by Resident must be lined in white to present a uniform exterior appearance.

DRAPES. Drapes, when provided by the Landlord, are not to be removed or replaced by Tenant(s). Tinfoil is not permitted on the windows.
