DRUG FREE HOUSING. In consideration of the execution or renewal of a lease of the dwelling unit identified in the lease, LESSOR and LESSEE agree as follows:
DRUG FREE HOUSING. The Tenant or any member of Tenant’s household or any guest of Tenant shall not participate in criminal activity, including illegal drug use, sale, manufacture, distribution, or other criminal activity, on or near the premises. Evidence of criminal activity such as illegal drug use, sale, manufacture, distribution, or acts of violence or threats of violence, will result in the immediate termination of Tenant’s tenancy. Immediate legal action to recover possession of the property will commence against the Tenant. Tenants shall be liable for all attorney fees, court costs and service fees incurred by Landlord/Agent.
DRUG FREE HOUSING. Drug-related criminal activity will not be tolerated on or near the property, whether on the part of the tenant, any member of the household, any guest or any other person. Acts of violence or threats of violence, including but not limited to, brandishing weapons or the unlawful discharge of firearms, on or near the property will not be tolerated. The parties agree that violation of any or all of these provisions shall be a material violation of the lease and will be cause for immediate termination of the lease.
DRUG FREE HOUSING. This home is to be a drug free premises. Any drug related evidence or activity will result in the authorities being contacted and possible default and acceleration of the lease.
DRUG FREE HOUSING. Tenant, any member of the Tenant’s household or a guest or other person under the Tenant’s control shall not engage in criminal activity, including drug-related criminal activity, on or near Premises. For the purposes of this Agreement “drug-use or possession with the intent to manufacture, sell distribute, or use, of controlled substance” shall be as defined in section 102 of the Controlled Substance Act (21 U.S.C. 802). Tenant, any member of the Tenant’s household or a guest or other person under the Tenant’s control shall not engage in any act intended to facilitate criminal activity, including drug-related criminal activity, on or near the premises. Tenant or members of the Tenant’s household will not permit the dwelling unit to be used for or to facilitate, criminal activity including drug-related criminal activity, regardless of whether the individual engaging in such activity is a member of the household or guest. Tenant, any member of the Tenant’s household or a guest or other person under the Tenant’s control will not engage in the manufacture, sale or distribution of illegal drugs at any location, whether on or near the Premises or otherwise. Tenant, any member of the Tenant’s household, or a guest or other person under the Tenant’s control shall not engage in acts of violence or threats of violence, including but not limited to the unlawful discharge of firearms, on or near the Premises. VIOLATION OF THE ABOVE PROVISIONS SHALL BE A MATERIAL VIOLATION OF THIS AGREEMENT AND GOOD CAUSE FOR TERMINATION OF TENANCY. A single violation of this provision shall be deemed a material, non-curable non-compliance with this Agreement. It is understood and agreed that a single violation shall be good cause for termination of this Agreement. Unless otherwise provided by law, proof of violation shall not require criminal conviction, but shall be preponderance of the evidence. In case of conflict between the provisions of this provision and any other provisions of this Agreement, the provisions of this provision shall govern. Tenant specifically acknowledges that Tenant has read, understands and agrees to the foregoing.
DRUG FREE HOUSING. The Resident, any member of the resident’s household, or guest or other person under the Resident’s control shall not engage in or facilitate criminal activity on or near the Community, including but not limited to violent criminal activity or drug-related criminal activity. The Resident or any member of the Resident’s household shall not permit the dwelling unit to be used for, or to facilitate, criminal activity, including but not limited to, violent criminal activity or drug-related criminal activity.
DRUG FREE HOUSING. The Member shall not engage in or permit any members of the household or guest, to engage in any unlawful sale, use or manufacture of any illegal substances or to discharge any weapon, or make any threats with or without a weapon against another member, director or staff personnel. The member further agrees that a single violation of the unlawful sale, use or manufacture of any illegal substances or the discharge of a weapon, or any threat to or use of any weapon against any other member, director or staff personnel is grounds for immediate termination and requirement to vacate the dwelling unit without additional prior warning.
DRUG FREE HOUSING. The use of any federally-prohibited drug is not allowed on the Premises. Further, Tenant(s) and their guest(s) will not engage in any drug-related illegal activity including but not limited to the use of, sale or manufacturing of any federally prohibited drugs on or near the Premises. Landlord may terminate this Agreement if Tenant and/or guests engage in such activities. If this provision is violated, Tenants will be subject to charges, damages, and eviction. Tenant forfeits their security deposit if there is any evidence of drug related activities on the property.

(a) Resident, any guest or other person under the Resident’s control shall not engage in or facilitate criminal activity on or near the premises, including, but not limited to, violent criminal activity or drug-related criminal activity; (b) Resident, or any guest or other person under Resident’s control of shall not permit the premises to be used for, or to facilitate, criminal activity; (c) “Violent criminal activity” means any felonious criminal activity that has as one of its elements the use, or threatened use, of physical force against the person or property of another; (d) “Drug-related criminal activity” means the illegal manufacture, sale, distribution, or use or possession with intent to manufacture, sell, distribute or use of a controlled substance (as defined in Section 102 of the Controlled Substances Act (21 U.S.C. 802)). The possession, sale or use of any illegal drug in the premises or anywhere on the property is prohibited. The smoking of marijuana and the growing of marijuana plants anywhere on the premises is prohibited even if the possessor is a registered patient or caregiver under the Michigan Medical Marihuana Act, MCL 333.26421, et seq
