Drug Free Schools. A. No employee shall unlawfully possess, use or distribute illicit drugs or alcohol on school premises or at any place where school activities are held. Disciplinary sanctions will be imposed upon employees who violate this provision. Sanctions may include referral to, and completion of, an appropriate rehabilitation program, employment termination in accordance with this contract, and referral for prosecution.
