Common use of Drug Plan Clause in Contracts

Drug Plan. The Employer shall arrange for all full-time Nurses to participate in a drug plan which shall provide for the payment of drugs obtained on a prescription on the basis of thirty-five (35) cents deductible per prescription and the Employer shall pay the whole cost of said plan. Effective on the date of ratification of this collective agreement, the employer agrees to offer to continue drug plan coverage, up to age sixty-five (65) to those employees who retire and meet the following criteria: • are at least fifty-five (55) years of age, at the date of retirement and the total of their age and service with the health unit, in terms of years, is at least eighty (80).
