Newly Organized Units. (a) Employees employed at a company retail location which is not part of the Pharmx Rexall Collective Agreement shall upon certification be covered by all terms and conditions of the Pharmx Rexall Collective Agreement for all stores in the province of Ontario.

Newly Organized Units. (a) Employees employed at a company retail location which is not part of the Collective Agreement shall upon certification be covered by all terms and conditions of the Collective Agreement for all stores in the province of Ontario. Service and seniority dates shall be in accordance with provision above. Upon notification by the Union the Xxxxxxxx Falls store shall be covered by this Agreement.
