DUE DATES ON PUBLIC HOLIDAYS. The due dates of all principal and charges repayment installments which fall on Saturdays, Sundays, or national, state, district, or municipal public holidays, including banking holidays, shall be, for all purposes and effects of this Agreement, postponed to the first subsequent business day, in which case the charges shall be calculated up to such date, and the following regular period for determination and calculation of the charges under this Agreement shall also start on such date.
