The Employer agrees to apply the established and recognized concepts of due process and progressive discipline with respect to Employees who have satisfactorily fulfilled the probationary period. Such Employees shall be disciplined only for just cause, following an investigation, which shall include an investigatory interview with the Employee about the charges pending against him or her.
