Dues and Initiation Fees. The Employer shall provide a remittance statement at the same time as the Union dues is remitted. The remittance statement shall be containing a dues and initiation report which will be provided in the form of e-mail (xxxxx@xxxx000.xxx). The information provided shall be on a standard spreadsheet in Excel or other software program acceptable and adaptable to the Union. The spreadsheet will be in a format provided by the Union and the Employer will provide the following information as known to the Employer:
