Dues and Service Fee Deductions. The YCOE shall deduct in accordance with the current AFSCME dues and service fees schedule, dues from the wages of all employees who are members of AFSCME on the date of the execution of this Agreement, and who have submitted dues authorization forms to the YCOE.
